We all know Richard Branson for his work done with Virgin, but the most subtle yet most enjoyable contribution of his I enjoy is Virgin Poker. As is the case with all his products, he's ensured this is right out of the top draw. The interface is absolutely brilliant and the cards are beautiful and very clear and even the 80 year olds will have an easy day for their eyes. And better yet, if your luck is as good as mine, you'll probably not have to go to work hence forth.

Imagine being three times your buy in at the end of your fourth hand. You just have to sit tight at the table after that and you're going to go back richer. A small tip, the Euros tables attract a slightly more novice crowd than the Pounds or the Dollars table. I decided to be extravagant and sit at the 2/4 Euros Blinds with a hundred Euro buy in. And with my queen 5 of Hearts, i flop a flush ( Ace - 2 - 7 Of hearts ) and there's a poor soul who is sitting with the bullets on the other end. Joy to the world, well atleast, joy to me. I ended up making all his money. So sad!

So I decide today's the day the suited gods are smiling upon me and play my next hand, which is also suited. But this time, low suited connectors. And I don't flop anything. But it's check check check to me and I bet small to the table and get two people to fold and the other guy just called. I turn a pair and river a two pair while the other guy makes top pair and i make a lot of money that way. On the whole, my experience at Virgin was a jolly good one. They offer good promotions and I ended up winning money so it is all good.
